STABIL casters and glides are produced in Weil der Stadt in the latest
production facilities covering about 12,000 square metres. The very
latest in production machinery with built-in test functions guarantees
consistent quality of the highest standard.
Components for our casters and glides are made in our modern, fully-automated
plastics injection plant. First-class raw materials developed specially
for our needs are fed through a central material supply to the
appropriate injection moulding machine. Color adjustments are
made right at the injection moulding machines. Consistent color
is guaranteed.
Extremely
low levels of waste are ensured by the perfectly coordinated production
processes. From the initial idea right through to the finished product. We always pay close attention to environmental aspects so as to
conserve our resources.
